  • Listening to Dharma talks by Ram Dass, James Low, and Adyashanti.

  • Engaging in an Animus Valley Institute intensive on the Soul Development Wheel.

  • Participating in Hakomi Level I, a year-long intensive somatic mindful psychotherapy training.

  • Working with a master Hakomi psychotherapist.
